Program Overview and Suggestions

Each Module Consists of:
- an audio file (that can be listened
to from this website or downloaded to your computer, iPod, or other mp3
player).
- a downloadable PDF with printed
instructions about the technique (with Mike’s artwork in the background)
- about 20 minutes of recorded
content
Suggestions:
- Remember, meditation is like a
muscle; the more you exercise, the stronger you become. Keeping working,
even if just a little at a time.
- The modules can be engaged in any
order, but if this is a new practice for you, we suggest you start with
Module 1 and proceed through the series, in order.
- If you have meditated before, you
are welcome to follow the recommendation above for a comprehensive and
methodical process.
- Or you can choose one module, or
several modules that interest you.
- Whether you are new or have
meditated before, we suggest that you practice each of the modules for at
least seven (7) days total before trying a new one.
- And finally, any meditation, for
any amount of time is good for you.
- Do the best you can. That’s all you
can do.
