Each Module Consists of:

  1. an audio file (that can be listened to from this website or downloaded to your computer, iPod, or other mp3 player).
     
  1. a downloadable PDF with printed instructions about the technique (with Mike’s artwork in the background)
     
  1. about 20 minutes of recorded content
     

Suggestions:

  • Remember, meditation is like a muscle; the more you exercise, the stronger you become. Keeping working, even if just a little at a time.
     
  • The modules can be engaged in any order, but if this is a new practice for you, we suggest you start with Module 1 and proceed through the series, in order.
     
  • If you have meditated before, you are welcome to follow the recommendation above for a comprehensive and methodical process.
     
  • Or you can choose one module, or several modules that interest you.
     
  • Whether you are new or have meditated before, we suggest that you practice each of the modules for at least seven (7) days total before trying a new one.
     
  • And finally, any meditation, for any amount of time is good for you.
     
  • Do the best you can. That’s all you can do.
